SHIPPING POLICY

This shipping policy is for Faith in the Light LLC and was last updated on November 23 2023

1. Shipping and Delivering Options;  Domestic Shipping (5-8 Business Days)

2. Processing Time; Orders are processed within 3 days excluding weekends and public holidays Once the item has been handed to the carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.

3. Cancellations; After an order is submitted and processing begins, cancellation cannot be processed until payment has cleared which may take up to 3 business days ( weekends and public holidays not included.) Please contact us at audiirayas@faithinthelight.com to begin the process of an order cancellation.

 

4. Delayed Orders;  In the case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a a full refund. Shipping provider delays do NOT fall under the sellers liability. For delayed orders, please contact the shipping carrier for order status. 

 

5. Damaged Orders; Faith in the Light LLC is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If the product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Effective as of November 14, 2023

1. Returns & Exchanges; For items purchased online, returns. and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return or exchange, please fill out the form below or email us at audiirayas@faithinthlight.com to obtain a return authorization. Be sure to include the item's order number and your reason for the return or exchange. Returns or exchanges that are shipped without authorization may not be accepted. Please allow up to 15 business days for your refund to be processed once we receive your return or exchange. 

2. Return Shipping; Shipping instructions will be included with your return authorization.

3. Eligible Items; The following Items, Final Sale Items, Special Order Items, Custom Products, and Gift Cards are not eligible for return/exchange. we reserve the right to refuse any return/exchange, at owners discretion, if the item being returned/exchanged does not meet the criteria set forth within this policy.

4. Condition Of Items; Except for items that were damaged when purchased, items may be "open package" but must be unused and undamaged. Original packaging not required.

5. Form of Payment; Refunds, if issued, will be issued in the original form of payment, minus shipping and handling fees unless otherwise stated. If the original form of payment is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
